I didn’t build my companies from a whiteboard. I built them from failed ad campaigns, supplier mistakes, and late nights analysing data that refused to make sense. Every lesson I teach, I paid for in real money.
Born in Yemen, operating globally — managing over 15 active e-commerce brands while building ORPEAKS Academy, TeyraPlay, and Barsbay simultaneously. The goal has always been the same: build real things, teach real methods.
I started ORPEAKS because the Arab world deserved a better resource. Not translated Western theory but a living, breathing curriculum built on what actually works today.

You can only teach what you live.
Every framework at ORPEAKS is extracted from live operations. If I’m not running it in a real brand, I’m not teaching it. Theory with no skin in the game is just noise.
Failure is the curriculum, not the shame.
The first brand I built failed. Then the next. The methodology I have now was forged through those losses. I share the failures as openly as the wins — because that’s where the real learning is.
